Aesthetics do not stop at the ankle: Villa Zeltweg.
One building, two specialities: in the blue villa at Zeltweg 74, Hottinger Podologie looks after your feet and Villa Zeltweg looks after your skin. Laser, light and radiofrequency for acne, couperose, scars, striae, pigmentation and wrinkles, a skin analysis that makes progress measurable, and a longevity concept that starts on the inside. Led by the same hand, with the same attitude: no force, just the right impulses at the right time.
Who treats you.
Nicola M. Mössner leads Villa Zeltweg and is personally responsible for every treatment. He is a certified naturopath (Traditional European Naturopathy, TEN) with more than 15 years of experience in skin treatment and naturopathic practice and holds the Swiss V-NISSG competence certificate “skin and pigmentation” for treatments with laser, light and radiofrequency, examined by the SGMK in Baar and listed in the public NISSG register of the Federal Office of Public Health, plus manufacturer training by Lutronic, Lumenis, BTL, Canfield and CellGym. Villa Zeltweg is not a medical practice: treatments reserved by law for physicians, such as ablative lasers, the treatment of moles or applications close to the eyes, are not offered; for these, Villa Zeltweg refers to specialist physicians in its network. Every treatment starts with a skin analysis, information and your written consent; no particular result can be guaranteed.

The devices, explained.
- Stellar M22 (Lumenis): three systems on one platform: IPL for couperose and small superficial vascular changes up to 3 mm, ResurFX, a fractional non-ablative 1565 nm laser for wrinkles, scars and striae, and a Q-switched Nd:YAG for acne and post-inflammatory discolouration; Photofractional combines IPL and ResurFX in one session.
- LaseMD Ultra (Lutronic): a non-ablative 1927 nm thulium laser that creates thousands of microscopic channels in the top layer of the skin without injuring the surface, so that ampoules (vitamin C, vitamin A, tranexamic acid, resveratrol) reach deeper; 20 to 30 minutes, one to two days of redness.
- EMFACE (BTL): synchronised radiofrequency warms the dermis and stimulates collagen and elastin while HIFES impulses train the lifting facial muscles; forehead, cheeks, jawline and eye area, four 20-minute sessions five to ten days apart, no downtime.
- HEALITE II (Lutronic): LED photobiomodulation at 830 and 633 nm to calm and regenerate, also used downstairs in podiatry: HEALITE II at the foot.
- VISIA Gen 7 (Canfield): skin analysis in several light spectra that makes pores, redness, texture and UV damage visible; follow-up every three to six months.
- CellGym IHHT: interval hypoxia-hyperoxia training, 40 minutes lying down with a breathing mask, for regeneration, energy and as a companion to skin series; exclusions are clarified in the consultation. Evidence, procedure and limits: CellGym IHHT.
Skin longevity: inside, outside, progress.
“Beautiful skin is not a state but a course.” Villa Zeltweg builds on three pillars: technology on the outside (EMFACE, LaseMD Ultra, Stellar M22, HEALITE II), naturopathic guidance on the inside (orthomolecular nutrition, gut health, micronutrients, stress management, CellGym) and measurement of progress with VISIA. Concepts: Contour (CHF 2,200), Clear (CHF 1,500), Renew (CHF 2,600), Inside (CHF 1,700), Inside-Out, a twelve-week programme (CHF 2,950), and Verlauf, the annual programme with four skin analyses (CHF 2,900).
Feet and skin under one roof.
Say so when booking and both practices coordinate their times, so you can have your feet and your skin treated on the same day. The same care applies upstairs and downstairs: documentation, information, hygiene and an honest assessment. Conspicuous spots on the foot or the skin belong in specialist medical assessment first; both practices refer rather than guess.
When Villa Zeltweg does not treat.
Not, or only after individual assessment: pregnancy and breastfeeding, photosensitising medication, fresh tan or self-tanner in the treatment area (laser and IPL), pacemakers, implanted electronic devices or metal in the treatment area (radiofrequency and EMFACE), epilepsy or known light sensitivity, tumours, moles and unclear skin changes in the treatment area, acute skin infections such as herpes. Villa Zeltweg deliberately publishes no before-and-after pictures online.
Your first step.
The best start is the VISIA skin analysis: 30 minutes for CHF 120, or a 45-minute first consultation with analysis for CHF 180, credited against a treatment.
