Consultations and treatments are available in English. If you would rather write than call, the request form above reaches us directly and we reply in English. You are welcome to describe your concern in your own words: no medical vocabulary needed.

No referral required

You can book directly with us. A medical referral only matters if you intend to claim the treatment from a supplementary health insurance policy. Basic Swiss insurance generally does not cover podiatry; with a prescription, for instance in the case of diabetes, many supplementary policies contribute. Conditions differ considerably between insurers, so please check with yours in advance. You will receive an itemised invoice to submit.

If it is urgent

A throbbing, reddened toe that no longer tolerates being touched does not belong on a waiting list. Call us on 043 535 44 47. We keep slots free every day for acute cases.

Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance, so that other patients have a chance at the slot. All information is treated confidentially.
