The essentials in brief. The German version of our terms is legally binding.
Appointments and cancellations. Treatments take place by arrangement, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm. Appointments are binding. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment; later cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the reserved time.
Prices and payment. The rates in the current price list apply as guide prices; the definitive scope is discussed before treatment begins. Treatments are settled on site. Any reimbursement by supplementary insurance depends on your policy and is your own responsibility.
Scope of treatment. Podiatry treatments are non-medical foot care services within the health professions. They do not replace medical diagnosis or therapy. Where indicated, we recommend seeing a doctor and are happy to coordinate with your practitioners.
Your cooperation. Please inform us before treatment about relevant conditions (for example diabetes, circulatory disorders, blood-thinning medication) and allergies.
Liability. We treat with the greatest care and according to recognised professional standards. Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
