Integrative skin therapy, light and laser.

We combine specialised podiatry with complementary and integrative therapeutic approaches. The focus is not only the single symptom but the individual overall situation. In addition to specialised podiatry, Villa Zeltweg offers modern, non-invasive light, laser and energy-based treatments within the Swiss V-NISSG competence certificate “skin and pigmentation”. Depending on skin condition and indication, different technologies and treatment concepts are used, individually matched to skin state, treatment goal and tolerance: HEALITE II LED light therapy, non-ablative laser procedures, selected diode lasers, light-based skin treatments, regenerative and texture-improving procedures, combined light and skin therapy concepts, supportive treatments for scars, striae, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, selected acne treatments, wrinkle and skin texture treatments, and selected small vascular changes within the legally permitted range. The procedures are chosen according to the indication, the existing qualification and the applicable legal requirements.

The eight fields and their 19 sub-forms.

• Acne: active, inflammatory acne of mild to moderate degree; acne on body regions outside the face such as back and décolleté (from CHF 350)
• Scars: atrophic, sunken acne scars; flat and older scars; surgical and injury scars after complete healing; hypertrophic scars only where no change reserved for physicians is present (from CHF 100)
• Wrinkles: fine lines and superficial wrinkles; age-related wrinkles; expression lines within the permitted treatment range; skin texture changes related to wrinkles (from CHF 500)
• Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation: after acne; after inflammation and skin irritation; after healed injuries: dark discolouration following inflammatory skin processes (from CHF 350)
• Striae: striae rubrae, younger reddish stretch marks; striae albae, older pale stretch marks; stretch marks after weight changes or growth (from CHF 450)
• Couperose: small couperose vessels on the face (from CHF 450)
• Haemangiomas up to 3 mm: small cherry angiomas up to 3 mm, not near the eyes (according to findings)
• Spider naevi up to 3 mm: small spider naevi up to 3 mm, not near the eyes (according to findings)

The sub-forms are not separate indications but examples of what is treated within the eight fields. Prices per session according to villa-zeltweg.ch, September 2026; the entry point is the VISIA skin analysis, CHF 120, credited against treatment. All treatments are self-pay services.

What is not included.

Not treated but referred, or assessed by a physician first: moles and all unclear or changing skin lesions; vascular changes above 3 mm, spider veins and veins, applications near the eyes; keloids and hypertrophic scars where a change reserved for physicians is present; ablative lasers, hair removal, tattoo removal, fillers and botulinum toxin; fresh wounds, active infections or acute inflammation in the treatment area; fresh tan or self-tanner, photosensitising medication such as isotretinoin; pregnancy and breastfeeding (as a precaution), epilepsy, known light sensitivity.

How it works.

Skin analysis with VISIA Gen 7 (30 minutes, CHF 120; as a first consultation with analysis 45 minutes, CHF 180), findings, information and written consent, a test spot on sensitive or darker skin, then usually three to five sessions about four weeks apart, HEALITE II to calm, consistent sun protection and a progress check every three to six months with a comparison picture.

How we keep it clean: laser, IPL and radiofrequency applications are performed by Nicola M. Mössner at Villa Zeltweg in the same building, within the Swiss V-NISSG competence certificate “skin and pigmentation” and exclusively non-ablative; nail fungus is treated only with the FOX 1064 nm diode laser, Stellar M22 and LaseMD Ultra are used on the skin only, never on the nail. Not offered: ablative lasers, moles and unclear skin changes, applications near the eyes, vascular changes above 3 mm, spider veins and veins, hair removal, tattoo removal, fillers and botulinum toxin.
