Stellar M22 (Lumenis).
One platform, four technologies: IPL for colour and redness, the fractional non-ablative ResurFX laser for structure and scars, Q-switched Nd:YAG for pigment. Named Best New Dermatology Technology Solution in the 2026 MedTech Breakthrough Awards (Stellar M22 with XPL) and winner of the A’ Design Award 2020/21 in Medical Devices Design; the manufacturer cites more than 170 clinical studies and over 30 applications. At Zeltweg 74: scars, pigmentation and redness on the skin, at Villa Zeltweg also acne, couperose, striae and wrinkles. Skin only, never the nail.
LaseMD Ultra (Lutronic).
The 1927 nm thulium laser that brings active ingredients where creams never reach: thousands of microscopic channels in the top skin layer, surface intact, ampoules with tranexamic acid, vitamin C, vitamin A or resveratrol delivered deep. FDA-cleared, 20 W, adjustable from mild to strong, suitable for all skin types according to the manufacturer, three to five sessions with a few days of mild redness. At Zeltweg 74: post-inflammatory discolouration, scar colour, sun-damaged skin; at Villa Zeltweg skin renewal and glow.
EMFACE (BTL).
The first needle-free procedure to treat skin and facial muscles at once: synchronised radiofrequency remodels collagen and elastin while HIFES impulses train the lifting muscles. Four 20-minute sessions, no downtime, over one million treatments worldwide within two years. Awards according to BTL: NewBeauty Award 2025 (Best Non-Invasive Facial Sculptor), ELLE Tools & Treatments Awards 2025 (Best Face Sculpting Treatment), BYRDIE Beauty Awards 2025 (Best Noninvasive Eye Treatment), Cosmopolitan Holy Grail Beauty Award 2023, Northern Ireland Cosmetic Medicine Award 2023. Manufacturer studies report on average 37 percent fewer wrinkles, 23 percent more lift, 30 percent more muscle tone and 95 percent satisfaction. FOX 1064 nm (A.R.C. Laser), Swift (Emblation), HEALITE II (Lutronic).
FOX, made in Germany, is our only device for nail fungus: a class 4 diode laser that warms the nail bed without ablating the nail; in a manufacturer-cited study 68 to 80 percent of patients improved after three sessions. Swift, developed in Scotland and used since 2016, treats plantar warts with 8 GHz microwave pulses: Best New Product at the Made in Scotland Awards, FDA-cleared, 100,000 treatments in the UK and Ireland by 2022 in over 400 clinics; University of Glasgow researchers described in 2023 (Lancet eBioMedicine) how mild microwave hyperthermia suppresses HPV oncoprotein activity. HEALITE II, FDA-cleared at 830 nm since 2012 and CE-certified for wound healing, is the quiet system behind all the others: LED photobiomodulation for aftercare, regeneration and relief, from CHF 90 per session.
