Beautiful feet are healthy feet: foot aesthetics.
Feet carry us for a lifetime, and they are seen: in sandals, at the pool, in sport. We therefore take foot health one step further. Podiatric treatment remains the basis; laser and light come in where they make a difference: against nail fungus and warts, for scars after surgery and injuries, against pigmentation on the top of the foot and for the regeneration of the skin. Clearly delimited, non-ablative, documented, and always with the findings first.
What is possible at the foot.
- Nail fungus: podiatric preparation, then the FOX 1064 nm diode laser: nail fungus
- Plantar warts: Swift microwave therapy, no acid, no dressing: plantar warts
- Scars at the foot: after hallux surgery, nail surgery, warts or injury, softer, flatter, less visible: foot scars
- Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation: discolouration after inflammation and healed injuries, marks after wart and nail treatment, findings first: post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation at the foot

The technologies.
FOX 1064 nm diode laser for nail fungus, Swift 8 GHz microwave for warts and HEALITE II LED light belong to the foot centre. Stellar M22 (IPL, ResurFX, Q-switch) and LaseMD Ultra (1927 nm thulium) are used at Villa Zeltweg in the same building, in cooperation with podiatry, for scars and pigmentation on the top of the foot and lower leg.
How we keep it clean: laser, IPL and radiofrequency applications are performed by Nicola M. Mössner at Villa Zeltweg in the same building, within the Swiss V-NISSG competence certificate “skin and pigmentation” and exclusively non-ablative; nail fungus is treated only with the FOX 1064 nm diode laser, Stellar M22 and LaseMD Ultra are used on the skin only, never on the nail; podiatry prepares and provides aftercare. Not offered: ablative lasers, moles and unclear skin changes, applications near the eyes, spider veins, hair removal, tattoo removal. Every treatment starts with findings, information and your written consent; no particular result can be guaranteed. All treatments are self-pay services.
When we do not treat with laser or light.
Not, or only after individual assessment: moles and all unclear skin changes (not treated, referred); fresh tan or self-tanner; photosensitising medication; pregnancy and breastfeeding, epilepsy or light sensitivity; open wounds, infections or inflammation in the area; markedly reduced sensation, for example with neuropathy, and severe circulatory disorders; children only after assessment.
