Feet only speak up when something hurts. The reminder service is therefore part of our care: we think of your next appointment, the check after the laser series, the annual nail status. Three ways are open, from the follow-up appointment you take with you to a calendar file created in your browser.
The short answer.
Either we reserve the follow-up appointment at the end of your treatment, or, if you wish, we remind you a few days before it is due by phone, e-mail or SMS, with the appointment note only and no health details. If you prefer to remind yourself, you can create a calendar file (.ics) on the German page; it is generated in your browser and nothing is transmitted to us. Unsubscribe at any time with a single word.
Three ways.
- Take the follow-up appointment with you: the simplest way; at the end of the treatment we reserve the next appointment, several in advance if you like. Patients in Podiatry Care have priority booking.
- Reminder by the practice: tell us your interval and preferred channel; a few days before it is due we contact you by phone, e-mail or SMS. Set it up at your appointment or by phone.
- Remind yourself: the calendar file creates a recurring reminder on your phone or computer, three days before each date.
Which checks we recommend.
- Regular podiatry treatment: every 6 to 8 weeks, closer for sensitive feet
- After the nail fungus laser series: a check about every 3 months until the nail has renewed itself (12 to 18 months)
- Nail fungus follow-up without laser: every 8 to 12 weeks
- Annual nail check: once a year, part of Nail Longevity
- Chronic problems such as curved nails, fissures and corns: every 4 to 8 weeks
- After Swift or a brace: a check 4 to 6 weeks after completion
- Preventive appointments: every 8 to 12 weeks
- Seasonal foot health: spring before the sandal season, autumn before the boot season
